If you’re not familiar with the program, it’s based on Open Source projects like FFMpeg, libavcodec, MPlayer, and MEncoder and can play or convert just about any video file - even to formats for the Nintendo DS and PSP.

While the “everything on one page” interface hasn’t changed, a number of new encoding and play features have been added or improved, like WMV9, FLAC, and OGG support.
